Forward lunges (Jan 13, 2007 at 4:20 AM) - Q: I love to do challenging lower body workouts, but I hate doing forward lunges. I have a hard time balancing when I land, and if I go too low I have trouble pushing back up.
Pulsing reps (Jan 12, 2007 at 3:25 PM) - Q: I've heard that you shouldn't bounce at the bottom of a squat, but in many video workouts they tell you to pulse three times at the bottom.
